Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Arthenic, here is our policy on returns:

• Eligible products can only be returned within 7 days after the delivery date, depending on the product category. You can find the return eligibility of each product under the Shipping & Returns section on the product page.

• You can initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team with your order details.

• To request a return:

  1. Email us at arthenic.licenses@gmail.com with your Order ID and product details.
  2. Mention the reason for the return and attach clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the return is approved.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
  5. Once the returned item is received and passes the necessary quality checks, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Eligibility

• Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to artisans and maintain product quality, certain items may be marked as “Final Sale.”

• The following categories are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Jewellery
  • Sculptures
  • Paintings
  • Handmade décor items

       Ethnic wear may be eligible for return or exchange depending on product type and condition.

Return Approval

• All return requests must be reviewed and approved by the Arthenic support team.

• Once the request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 5–7 business days.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.


 EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To request an exchange, please contact our support team by emailing arthenic.licenses@gmail.com with your Order ID and product details.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Exchanges are available only for eligible products, depending on product category and stock availability.

Ethnic wear products may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).

• Exchange requests will be accepted only if the product is in the same condition as delivered and passes our quality inspection.

• Products such as paintings, sculptures, jewellery, and handmade décor items are generally not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If the requested size or product is not available, the customer may choose store credit or refund according to the return policy.

• If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Additional Information

• All exchange requests are subject to approval by the Arthenic support team.

• Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.

• After the returned item passes quality checks, the replacement product will be shipped.
